About Phyllis...

Collierville became my home as a result of my husband’s job transfer. I have
enjoyed discovering all the Memphis area has to offer, and have found some
groups I particularly like.
The Fern Society and The Hosta Society keep me “green” and salve my garden lust.
Angelquilters is a fantastic opportunity to volunteer my creative skills to help with
producing bereavement quilts for the funerals at my church, and for donating quilts
to fundraising efforts.
Toastmasters has helped me to hone my communication, public speaking and
leadership skills. Routine practice at evaluating and presenting information is
directly related to pricing, negotiating and listing skills used daily in real estate
transactions.
I find creative thinking to be fulfilling and have learned to use the tools I picked up
while earning my BFA to be quite useful in the larger world outside art. I mostly
paint, these days, but have experience in pottery, stained glass, metal work, and
mixed media. I am no stranger to the art of staging a home!

...We could not have done this without you. You have had our best interest from
the start. We are truly grateful for all your hard persistent work. You are a true
professional and any homebuyer would be nuts not to have you on their team.
We feel that we have gained a friend through this process. You are truly welcome
in our new home at any time. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you
again and dinner one of these days...Thanks again.
