clients can read after you make initial contact...to seal the deal!
We also don't charge any website or software fees or other charges that can cost you more than you'll make
the first several years in the business. We are a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors which
requires our agents to be part of MLS (we can go over these fees with you...).
We've heard stories of agents who paid in over $15,000 their first year in office fees, advertising fees,
etc...then they decided to go back to their "day job." We know of one local company that mandates you spend
25% of your commission on future marketing. A majority of real estate agents are out of business within one
year due to fees...we don't want you to be a statistic!
Very few firms spend their own money on TV commercials for their agents. That's why you see firms charging
"franchise fees." We probably should but that isn't our business model. We have spent our personal profits
on investing in our agents (TV ads, trade shows, etc). That's more of a family than a business, don't you think?
At Dan Stewart Realtors you are not a number and we do not look at you as another way to make money.
We won't nickel and dime you, like mandating that you buy blank forms from us when you can print them off
at your home or office. We don't take kick backs from the business cards you order. It's a matter of respect:
you are in business to thrive. Without our agents, we wouldn't have been here the last 30+ years.
